Device lifecycle management SaaS platform. Own design end-to-end across pricing, order operations, and internal tooling.
Architected the Service Catalog, a governed pricing and billing system spanning 313 service definitions across 3 business models, multiple countries, and currencies: closing a gap where delivered services were going unbilled and creating GroWrk's first shared source of truth for cost, price, and billing data.
Spearheaded A La Carte, a new pay-as-you-go business model, from a data-model constraint (no customer database) to a shipped platform with 51 service SKUs and 392 active companies. Its success directly created the need for Flex, GroWrk's second product line.
Redesigned End of Lifecycle device retirement from a fully manual, spreadsheet-tracked process into a bulk, self-service flow, and built a replacement-purchase upsell directly into it, turning a cost center into a new revenue path.
Established and scaled GroWrk's design system and UI component library, maintaining brand consistency as the product grew from one business model to three.
Introduced a Design Doc process that improved handoff efficiency between design and engineering.
Integrated AI into the design workflow, using Claude (Chat, Cowork, and Code) for design proposals, research, and rapid prototyping for usability testing, and authored reusable prompts and skills now used across the team.

Engaged by this Mexico City interior design studio (250+ projects) to turn scattered operational knowledge into a shared system.
Ran ~10 stakeholder interviews and 5–6 cross-team workshops to map how work actually moved through the company, then proposed and built a company-wide Notion wiki as the shared source of truth, adopted company-wide.
Mapped two core end-to-end processes (catalog sales, new product development) and later advised the company's platform evaluation so the new tool was built around defined processes, not guesswork.
